Large dimensions require the right capacity. At our state-of-the-art facility in Håhjem, we can surface-treat everything from small, complex components to truly large steel structures. With a tank measuring L 8.0 × W 2.35 × H 2.35 meters, we have exceptional capacity. Our powerful overhead cranes also make it possible to handle and lift structures weighing up to 4 metric tons.

All steel products are degreased in biological degreasing baths before proceeding to acid baths, rinse baths, high-pressure rinsing, drying, and passivation. This ensures optimal quality for you, your products, and our environment.

High quality should not come at the expense of the environment. Our facility operates in accordance with strict and modern environmental standards. Before the steel products proceed to acid pickling, they undergo thorough chemical degreasing in our biological degreasing baths.

This is followed by a controlled process involving an acid bath, a rinse bath, high-pressure rinsing, drying, and passivation. The entire process is continuously monitored to ensure an optimal finish with minimal environmental impact—providing peace of mind for you, your products, and our shared environment.
