When you order our items in special lengths, our delivery time is 5–30 days, often faster.

Our goal is to send you an order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your order, in at least 99% of cases.

If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, you must send an email to Europrofil's customer service at order@europrofil.se no later than 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation.

For changes made after 24 hours, an additional cost of SEK 650/hour per hour commenced will be charged for the change. For cancellations made after 24 hours, 20% of the order value will be charged for stock items. For cancellations made after 24 hours for special orders, 100% of the order value will be charged.

Yes, of course. Upon request, we sort and pack the order with the right profiles and lengths for the specific apartments so that they can be lifted directly into the right apartment.

Yes, the raw material we process consists of at least 15–20% recycled material, often more. Steel is a 100% recyclable material that can be recycled over and over again without changing its properties.
