Ventilated facade batten in Magnelis (R) with pre-installed fire stop from Fireseal. The profile is used for the construction of ventilated exterior walls in several layers to minimize the risk of moisture problems in the exterior wall, while also acting as a fire stop and preventing the spread of fire in the air gap.
