Our production facility will be closed for summer vacation from the 28th through the 31st. However, our order department and shipping department will remain open as usual throughout the summer, though with a slightly reduced staff.

Do you need delivery of custom-length products during this period? If so, you’ll need to place your order at least 15 business days before week 28 so that we can guarantee delivery during that period.

Europrofil AS in Sykkylven is an established supplier of various advanced stainless steel components, with its headquarters and production facilities located in Sykkylven.

The facility at Håhjem is a certified plant for the surface treatment of stainless steel and various other alloys. Among other things, the facility performs chemical degreasing, acid pickling, and passivation, and handles both small and large structures at one of Norway’s largest facilities in this field. We deliver high quality, effective corrosion protection, and efficient delivery times in accordance with strict environmental requirements.

Our extensive experience and broad expertise make us the preferred supplier to the international process and paper industries, among others. We are owned by the Danish industrial group Ib Andresen Industri A/S, which has operations in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.

Production Workers - Surface Treatment

Production worker duties:

• Operation of cranes and other machinery
• Job rotation across various tasks. Tasks include production, quality control, maintenance, and handling.
• Deliver quality that meets expectations
• Other tasks may arise

Desired background/experience:

• A forklift license and a license for overhead cranes (G4) and G11 are a plus
• Be fluent in spoken Norwegian or English
• Relevant industry experience, interest in the field, and technical understanding

TIG/MIG welders

TIG/MIG welders' job duties:

• Welding, sheet metal work, and assembly of various steel structures made of stainless steel, 0.5 to 8 mm thick
• TIG/MIG welding
• Operation of robots and other machines
• Job rotation across various tasks. Tasks include production, quality control, maintenance, and handling
• Deliver quality that meets expectations
• Other tasks may arise

Desired background/experience:

• Broad mechanical background and a strong understanding of technical drawings
• Preference will be given to candidates with a welding certificate and/or a trade certificate in sheet metal/welding, or as an industrial mechanic (work experience may compensate for a lack of a trade certificate)
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• Has a valid certificate for methods 141 and 131, which means proficiency in TIG and/or MIG/MAG welding techniques
• Requires a Class B driver's license and a forklift operator's certificate
• Good oral skills in Norwegian or English
