New Partnership with Soft Armour 

Europrofil is now launching an innovative combined solution in partnership with Soft Armour Security. By integrating Soft Armour’s ballistic protection into our patented EuroGrid burglary protection system, we can now offer a wall construction that protects against both heavy-duty break-ins and gunfire. 

EuroGrid is already known for replacing heavy sheet metal and plywood with a lightweight grid that allows for installation up to 65% faster. Weighing only 8.4 kg/m²—compared to conventional structures weighing up to 30 kg/m²—EuroGrid offers a workplace safety advantage without compromising safety. The system is approved for Wall Class 3 according to SSF 1047:2 and Resistance Classes RC1–RC4 according to EN 1630.

Through the partnership with Soft Armour Security, effective ballistic protection is added to the structure. The protection system consists of ceramic pellets integrated into the lightweight stud wall. Upon impact, the material automatically redistributes itself, ensuring that protective capability is maintained even during repeated fire in the same area.  

Together, this integrated solution offers an easy-to-install, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly all-in-one solution for projects with extremely high security requirements.
