Europrofil AS in Sykkylven is an established supplier of various advanced stainless steel components, with its headquarters and production facilities located in Sykkylven. With our own SFT-certified surface treatment facility at our Håhjem branch, we offer surface treatment of stainless steel and other alloys, with a focus on quality and control. Our production is characterized by high flexibility and technical expertise. With modern pressing and processing solutions, customized tools, and qualified welding expertise, we create efficient workflows for both complex parts and series production.

Our extensive experience and broad expertise make us the preferred supplier to the international process and paper industries, among others. We are owned by the Danish industrial group Ib Andresen Industri A/S, which has operations in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.

TIG/MIG welders

TIG/MIG welders' job duties:

Welding, sheet metal work, and assembly of various steel structures made of stainless steel, 0.5 to 8 mm thick
TIG/MIG welding
Operation of robots and other machines
Job rotation across various tasks. Tasks include production, quality control, maintenance, and handling
Deliver quality that meets expectations
Other tasks may arise

Desired background/experience:

Broad mechanical background and a strong understanding of technical drawings
Preference will be given to candidates with a welding certificate and/or a trade certificate in sheet metal/welding, or as an industrial mechanic (work experience may compensate for a lack of a trade certificate)
Experience in a similar position is preferred
Has a valid certificate for methods 141 and 131, which means proficiency in TIG and/or MIG/MAG welding techniques
Requires a Class B driver's license and a forklift operator's certificate
Good oral skills in Norwegian or English
